Stable health lets Garen reach the first physical-damage components.

POPULAR LEAGUE CLASSIC PLAYSTYLE
A deliberately excessive armor-shred inventory built around one of old League's favorite habits: asking whether three copies are fun before asking whether they are efficient. Treat it as a custom-game experiment.
Build Brutalizer, then test one Black Cleaver in the live client before buying copies. If named effects do not stack, stop at one and pivot into real defense or damage; three Cleavers are the joke, not the recommendation.
QUICK BUILD
PURCHASE ORDER
Stable health lets Garen reach the first physical-damage components.
Brutalizer supplies the first damage-and-cooldown breakpoint.
Stop and test the inventory interaction after the first copy; do not assume named effects stack.
The third copy completes the historical joke, not an evidence-backed optimal build.
WHY IT WORKS
Each current Classic Black Cleaver profile carries health, attack damage, cooldown reduction, and physical-damage armor reduction—stats Garen can use individually.
The unverified part is duplicate interaction. Repeated copies can waste gold when named passives or inventory rules do not stack, so client testing is part of the build.
RUNES & MASTERIES
Max E, then Q, then W; take R whenever available.
Q to close and silence → E through the target while watching their exit → end the spin at safe distance → R only when the execute is confirmed.
Testing baseline: 21/9/0. This does not validate triple-item stacking; it simply supports physical lane pressure and enough durability to complete a spin.
GAME PLAN
Play a normal, durable Garen lane. The meme does not excuse missing waves or taking losing trades.
Use passive recovery between short Q-E windows. Do not extend only because another Long Sword was purchased.
Brutalizer is the first real spike. Every completed Cleaver after the first must be judged against a defensive alternative.
Take short side-lane pressure, then join fights from a flank. Record the target's armor before and after repeated physical hits if testing stacking.
Silence a reachable priority target or peel a diver. Three offensive slots make positioning less forgiving than a standard Garen build.
COMMON MISTAKES
FAQ
This page does not claim they do. Item rules can change, so verify the live tooltip, shop restrictions, and target armor behavior before committing.
Keep one Black Cleaver, then add the resistance or target-access item the match actually requires, such as Guardian Angel, Force of Nature, or Randuin's Omen.
SOURCES & STATUS
Fun experiment: verify in the live client whether repeated item copies and their named effects stack before copying this route. No efficiency or win-rate claim is made.
